Artistic Escapade S.Pedro Estoril - March 2016

The hostel where the Artistic Escapade took place, Turismo do Século, is located in S.Pedro do Estoril, close to the beach and the train station.
We went to Cascais by train on the first morning to show our guests where to paint and the beautiful places where to go.
On Tuesday we painted in S. Pedro - Ponta do Sal esplanade. In the afternoon we had some wine.
Next day we went to Sintra. In the morning we visited the National Palace of Sintra, after having a coffee with a lovely typical pastry in one coffeeshop in the center.
We had lunch in the old town and in the afternoon we visited Quinta da Regaleira where we did some paintings.
Later we went toCabo da Roca , the most ocidental cape in Europe, and Guincho beach.
Friday morning we visited Casa das Histórias Paula Rego and and we went to Guincho beach again.

O hostel - Turismo do Século - localizado em S.Pedro do Estoril fica perto da praia e da estação de combóio.
Fomos para Cascais de combóio na primeira manhã para mostrar os melhores locais para pintar e visitar.
Na Terça-feira pintámos em S. Pedro na esplanada da Ponta do Sal. Ao por do sol tomámos vinho.
No dia seguinte fomos a Sintra. Durante a manhã visitámos p Palácio Nacional de Sintra depois de tomar um café com um doce regional num café do centro. Almoçámos no centro histórico e à tarde visitámos a Quinta da Regaleira onde fizemos alguns desenhos. Mais tarde passámos no Cabo da Roca, o cabo mais ocidental da Europa, e pela praia do Guincho.
Sexta-feira visitamos a Casa das Histórias Paula Rego e voltámos à praia do Guincho.
