“The “Lumina - Festival de Luz” (Festival of Light) includes an international network of festivals of light spread out around the world.
For three nights, more than twenty national and international artists will transform Cascais into a true open-air art gallery.
In the International Year of Light, Cascais will have light and colour shows, video-mapping, 3D effects, light graffiti, multimedia projections and light sculptures.”
